My Identity and Position in Christ

As believers, we have an identity and a position in Christ that identifies us with the nature and character of God.  I enjoy confessing my position in Christ every day.  It gives me the assurance that all the attributes of God and His blessings belong to me as well.  I am strengthened in my inner man as I declare God’s Word over my mind and my body.  Don’t take this lightly.  Knowing and confessing your identity and position in Christ will build confidence in your spirit and will help you overcome all the attacks of the enemy.  I also write several of them on an index card which I keep in my purse and take time to meditate on them during my breaks or waiting moments.  You are who God says you are!
